Consolidated Patient Result Report
A concise view of a patient’s results is provided in this report. The report meets regulatory requirements for patient charting. Abnormal results are clearly identified.

Cumulative Patient Result Report
This report tracks a patient’s testing history. Results can be presented in portrait or landscape formats. Abnormal results and notes are clearly indicated, and each requisition is identified by date, ordering physician, and accession number.

Result Summary Report (Graph)
This report is used to track trends and support patient counseling. It provides a graph of test results over a specified period of time, and can include a table of individual test results.

Levey-Jennings Report
LabDAQ’s normalized Levey-Jennings chart can depict the performance of multiple lots of control material over time. The report also provides a tabular review of quality control values, and a corrective action log for historical documentation.

Requisition Listing Report
This concise report lists what work was completed, what is still pending, when it was completed, and who performed the testing. The report can be selected for a range of dates and for specific physicians. CPT and ICD9 coding information can also be provided.

Pending Report
Using this tool, all pending lab work can be listed either by panel or patient. Reports can be filtered by date range, range of patient ID numbers, range of accession numbers, range of physicians or by other criteria.

Control Summary Report
This report provides concise data on both expected and calculated individual test statistics. It is designed to simplify the communication of data to control material manufactirers for peer group review. This report is also useful for monitoring lot numbers in use, and determining the number of control samples processed.

Billing Report
This expanded report provides all laboratory personnel with a single source for ensuring that charges are not missed. By tracking both costs and projected reimbursement, the report can provide an overview of daily lab profitability. Information can be exported to existing billing systems through an HL7 protocol.

Cost Accounting Report
This report provides an overview of the test ordering patterns for each physician along with information on the insurance type for patients seen (i.e. Medicare). Different reimbursement rates for different paying groups are accommodated. The report can be sorted by panel and a graphic representation is available.

Out of Range Summary Report (Abnormals)
This report can be used to review lab results that are outside of the defined reference ranges. You can request either all out of range results or just those results that are outside the critical limits.

Turn Around Time (TAT) Report
For labs that use TAT as a measure of performance this report provides a summary of the turn around time for the selected panels, compared to the user defined expectation.

This report displays all results, by test, for a specified date range. Other criteria can be used to filter data for the report.

Patient Mean Report
This report can be used to establish or confirm reference ranges. It can also be used as a component of the lab’s quality assurance program by selecting special groups of patients.

Epidemiology Reports
LabDAQ offers two epidemiology reports with population statistics. The first lists individual patient results; the second provides information for each reference range. These reports provide information on specific groups of patients and can be filtered by date, test, physician, patient gender, or by other criteria.
